The service department here is a joke. I bought a car in Sept of last yr. An I have told them since my motor was bad and that the motor was shaking. I have had it in there shop twice for oil changes an was told everything was perfectly fine even though you could definitely tell the motor mounts were bad an failing. My car engine finally blew at 83k. I had to have my vehicle towed into the dealership and It has been nothing but a hassle since. After 2 weeks here i still have no more answers than i did when i brought it in here. They moved my car out the shop an havent touched it in days. I have an extended warranty an the service side is dragging there feet an acting like children with no manners.
